A Glimpse of What We are Doing

CVS is a TESDA supervised school located in Alfonso, Concepcion, Tarlac. It is a TESDA Technology Institution offering competency- and technology-based community training programs. One of its functions is to help upgrade the lives of the people mainly in the Third Congressional District of Tarlac by conducting programs that would enable them to acquire sets of competency which can be used to sustain their livelihood.

To successfully deliver its programs, CVS is using the competency-based curriculum by adhering to the principles of the competency-based training in such a way that trainees experience the use of multi-blended techniques in the delivery of training. This ensures the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitude that are needed of a TVET graduate to be a world-class skilled worker.

As a sign of its continuous quest to address the needs of its clientele, CVS is committed to improving and advancing every aspect of its existence to better realize its goal in delivering quality technical vocational education and training. The distinction it received by having been awarded Quality Management System (QMS) Silver Level Accreditation and APACC Bronze Level Accreditation prove that the journey towards excellence never stops.
